I wanted to take time to express my sincere gratitude to you and your company. Your slogan does not do you justice though. Not only in service your middle name, it's also your first and last.

My company fabricates laminated and corian countertops. We have no filtration system to pull the sawdust from the air. Consequently, the dust infiltrates the heating and cooling system, and clogs it up.

When your sales representative came to my company, explaining the service that you performed, I was skeptical. Against my better judgment, I agreed to try your service. That was the most intelligent decision I ever made.

Before, I had to set the thermostat at 80 degrees in order to maintain a temperature of 68 degrees, and even then it was always cold in the office. After receiving your service, I need only set the thermostat at 70 degrees to maintain a temperature of 68-70 degrees, and the heat really pumps out of the hot air ducts.

I applaud you, your company (the service it performs), and your employees, (they are so polite and helpful).
